I have noticed that on my carrier i cannot access the shipyard on foot but can in ship. I wish the on foot shipyard was open by default but only the owner could use it (like normal) for others it would say "service restricted" i hate seeing the door closed but its not worth the obscene upkerp to have a new spot.

Yeah, not a fan of the locked doors. They should be open but unused spaces. Or maybe collecting junk like most people's unused spaces.
Yeah have a couple boxes stacked or something to just fill the space
