Fleet carrier on foot

Hi there o7!
made the update today, even i am still crashing for no reason. But the question is not on that point. Since we can walk in the carrier, i was hoping at least to go to the desk. is that one of the things we have to buy from administration to be able to walk in? and so, it says that gravity is too high.... wich one is it? gravity or in need of buying some services to be able to walk around?

Ok, because i got that both after the actual update, when i am inside my ship, inside the carrier:

and i do not know if i have to buy one of these:

i can't figure out why i can't if the update was so. i am orbiting a giant gazeous star with rings. But i guess this have nothing to do with it? or yes?

POST UPDATE: fun thing is that i discovered that i could disembark but i cannot be inside the carrier, i have to be landed on the top of it without to enter the "garage" only. Something need to be changed, i think. Why cannot we disembark while being inside the carrier? that's not logical. Sequence of changing from ship to foot is the same, imo...isn't it? what is changing?

Try some of the following, not necessarily in this order:

• Restart the game - as in quit to desktop then restart the game
• if your ship is in the hangar - raise it up then see if the disembark button is active. If it's on the pad, get it into the hangar then see if you can disembark
• If your carrier is parked near a planetary body, jump it to the central star

Thanks for answering. as updated in my precedent with pictures post, i discovered that you cannot enter your carrier if you want to disembark. you just have to land without to enter into your docks and be on the surface of it for the option to do so being enlightened. if you're in the carrier, it will show you the "cannot disembark". weird, you said?

Isn't that the wrong place to select "Disembark"? In a hanger (including on a carrier) you select Disembark from the main HUD, not the role (crotch) panel that your pic shows.

Indeed

Another thing that i find weird is that when we are sitting our seat in the deck, there is no choice to select a destination in a panel like when we are sitting in the ship. we can only open the map and choose one from there to do so.
