Fleet Carrier Outfitting Module Packages

Hi CMDR's!

Got a couple questions... I'm in the process of fund raising for a Fleet Carrier, also in the process of educating myself on all things Fleet Carrier related.

I'm interested in possibly having a stock of modules available in outfitting for purchase. I'll have the outfitting service installed in the FC of course, but may want to stock it with some modules. I found a spreadsheet on the web (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...4fbXQz6QjyIP4hB8uAns4ZqaEbo/edit?usp=drivesdk) that appears to have all the packages for both the shipyard and outfitting. My questions are:

1. Anyone know if this spreadsheet is current, or out of date as far as prices and quantities, etc....
2. I don't understand the prices listed for the packages. For example what does $14.019.850 mean? I can only assume it means $14,019,850.00 There are periods where there should be commas, and no cents at the end.
3. Are there any discounts applied to the prices of the packages (both ship and modules), or are the prices simply equal to all the added up costs of the modules or ships included?

Some countries use dots in place of commas (and vice versa), the syntax is usually obvious from the context, as in this case.

AFAIK there has been no changes to carrier pricing or discounts, but if there are better places to buy than others someone will probably have added it to the sticky thread in this forum:
