Fleet Carrier pilgrimage to Colonia

o7 CMDRs.
I am planning a trip in my fleet carrier for this weekend starting Saturday morning (PST) for Colonia. I am going to load up with 15k tons of Tritium and head out there. Anyone who wishes to come along is welcome to! I will be staying out there at least a week, and will return to the bubble before the release of update 14. This will give people a chance to unlock engineers or explore without having to make the trip themselves. I will be taking breaks in between jumps (30mins to a hour) so people can do some exploration or whatever they wish. I have refuel, repair, rearm, and outfitting available. Nothing for sale though so you will need to bring all your ships and modules! Also, if you log off please make sure you are docked. I would hate to leave people behind. If I am online I can bring fuel if you are without a fuel scoop. o7

Forgot to add the fleet carrier is the Catalina Wine Mixer and it will be parked in the Tjindjin system after I finish loading up on Tritium tonight.

Dunno if u have already but there's a discord channel for fc colonia taxis. That way u might be able to chat to some of the cmdrs on board

I actually own FC. But BGS in the bubble made me a little tired, moreover, I am very lazy about going to Colonia with FC. LoL

It would be good for me to be away from the bubble for a week. It's okay even if you don't come back, I'd bubble back myself.

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome. Just try to make sure you are docked before jumps, if anyone gets left behind without a fuel scoop I have a ship set up with fuel transfer limpets.

Thanks for organising the trip. I've been meaning to go back sometime and finish unlocking the engineers, now I've got all the pre-requisites. I'm also thinking of taking my new exploration ship out to visit the rediscovered Green Gas Giant. And it'll be interesting to see the sky out there in atmosphere.

Just for anyone who wasn't aware of the higher ship engineering grades which you can pin for use back in the Bubble:

Mel Brandon: G5 FSD Interdictor and G4 Shield Cell Bank (one or the other, unfortunately)
Marsha Hicks: G5 Refinery and G5 Fuel Scoop (shielded, not all that useful)
Petra Olmanova: G5 AFMU (just shielded too)
Etienne Dorn: G5 Life Support

To all,

The carrier has been out in Colonia for over a week now. I am planning on bringing the carrier back to the bubble starting this Friday the 18th. Please make sure you are on board by Friday the 18th around 6pm Pacific time. Anyone else who was already in Colonia please feel free to hitch a ride back if you'd like. We should be back in the bubble by the end of the weekend.
