The Nav panel says to check the System Map to learn what services are offered, but i cant find the info. Inara has it, but would be nice to find out in-game w/o wasting a trip to the carrier... thx cmdrs!

How much is your weekly carrier fee running those services?
Also, can medium ships use large docks? Reason I ask is I'm researching the possibility of a carrier for a mobile base. I have one small, 8 medium and 4 large ships.
The only restriction with ship docking that I am aware of is you can’t dock on a dock smaller than your ship so you could land a small ship on a large dock.
Don't worry about the distribution of sizes of your ships. The cap on number of ships is purely for database reasons, they can be all large, or small, there is no connection to the availability of landing pads on the FC.
If you want a FC as a mobile base, absolutely go for it, it's totally worth it.
My upkeep is about 10 million a week with services suspended (I only enable them for the few minutes I use them, then suspend again -- saves half the fee). Upkeep increases if you move the carrier, there's an extra fee for maintenance.

Your ships can land regardless of size. They don't take up a pad when stored, either, they are in the hold somewhere. You get a personal shipyard free with the carrier, the expensive one is only if you want allow others to store their ship on your carrier.
