I think I am missing something. I bought a Fleet Carrier and wanted to install the Bartender and Genomic Vista. Althought I am in a system with Fleet Administation (ROSS 775) there is nowhere were I can add the above mentioned services . Neither in the Carrier Administraiton Tab nor on the station itself. I have enough funding and cargo space.
Any hint is apreciated.
