Fleet Carrier Unable to Jump (No Time Slots)

I bought a Fleet Carrier and I cannot move it. When I try to jump to another system outside of the originating system I see an error that says 'No Time Slots'. It has been several days now, and I still cant do anything. Should I decommission? @devs? You have any word on this? C'mon Mann!!

You are caught up in the traffic jam of thousands of players moving FC's to get goods to their newly colonised systems, it isn't a FC issue, yours is fine, it will probably settle down next week, selling it won't change things at the moment! You need to keep trying to jump it after short intervals, allow 30 minutes a time and then try again, eventually you will get a slot.
