My Fleet carriers hull is 20% and never gets repaired but 15 million comes out of account for upkeep every week how do i repair hull of carrier

Can you post a screencap of what you're looking at? Fleet Carriers don't have a 'hull' rating as far as I'm aware.

The only % I can think of that relates to a carrier is what's in the tritium tank- you'll want to refill this from a refinery economy station.

Fleet carriers are indestructible so, as mentioned, there isn't a hull health.
