Newcomer / Intro fleet carrier

I just bought the fleet carrier and in the design section it tells me that it is disabled during access F. Can anyone help me or inform me about this? Thank you.

My English version of that message says
Livery
Disabled during remote access.

You have to be on board your carrier, either on foot using one of its consoles or in the cockpit using the 'station' menu option not the one in the right side panel of your ship, to make changes to its appearance using the livery option.
