Newcomer / Intro Fleet carriers in every sector?

Ive headed out to the black to explore. Taking a non-direct route to colonia.
I seem to have had a minor accident and damaged my ship a little. Still good and flies but would be nice to repair.

I remember hearing that there was a group that was stationing fleet carriers in every sector to help support the explorers.

Do they have a website where i can look for the closest fleet carrier or do we just use eddb.io?
