Is there a chance this bug will be fixed?
It appeared somewhere before horizons update or about that time.
Textures flickeringrepositioning - i can't describe better but i think i am not the only one who have this issue.
I have the same thing. With Horizons I turned down the resolution (was running double the monitor resolution before) and that improved it, but did not make it go away. It can be quite annoying.
