I've been playing since Gamma and still haven't hit Elite in anything...but, then again, I'm old with responsibilities and crap and I tend to use my flight time poorly...too much stunt flying around stations and canyon running, I suppose

Thanks Pecisk, I do choose to endure moments of intensive gameplay if I wish to achieve certain goals. But, don't view it as grinding....it must be in my nature to enjoy pain sometimes. Hehe.
Will be waiting a while before embarking on exploring though, as I'm happy to wait for Frontier to make available more planet types to be landable and general things to see. And when that moment arrives I will be heading out in my super Gold Asp.
