It is just a bug. I remember those two rocks were top of the small hills. Suddenly they appeared in debug camera and i took pic. In normal view they don't be seen.

Times I have seen floating rocks I have also been underground with the SRV.
Definitely a bug with the mesh and polygon hardness properties.
