Flying Hotdogs - Am I going bonkers?

So I noticed inside a wolf pen there are hotdogs on the ground. Now this is a beta so I mean, it could very well be a glitch (swapping out the model for wolf poop with hotdogs) - I don't think that's what's going on here.

Is anyone able to confirm that guests throw food into exhibits? I watched them for a while but didn't spot any culprits. If this means the "Do Not Feed" signs have an actual function beyond cosmetic, that's fantastic!

I suppose I should do some experiments...Unless anyone can confirm it's a thing?

I actually believe that the guests will feed the animals, I haven't tried it yet, but there has to be a reason behind why they would make the sign.

I just thought maybe it was like the ATM/ Toilet signs in PC before they updated them with functionality to advertise where loos/ATMs/shops were.

They definitely confirmed somewhere (think it was the reddit ama) that without security or cameras etc. there's a chance guests will throw food and it can make your animals sick
