They can't be destroyed.

You shut down all of its heat relays and it is forced to retreat, so it takes some precision fighting there. I believe that some skillful vulture pilots will prove worthy when it comes to fighting this thing, because the big boys are easy targets.

Now I have to go whip myself 30 times for saying "skillful vulture pilots" though, be right back.

Can a ship hide in the gap that's to the rear of the dreadnought and peck away at the hull?

Maybe, but you wouldn't get much value out of that. Getting it to 0% hull won't destroy it. Only thing you can do is force it to retreat by shutting down the sub-systems I mentioned.

I wish this was a two sided community goal(two goals). Federal lies and corporate interests versus imperial bravery and courage. This way, freelancers only go federal. Makes no sense.

Does it have a Main Gun where they reverse the engine output x1000 through a hole in the front? That would be wicked cool man. I'd like to see it blast a whole orbital to bits.
