First of all, thank you. You manage to combine 2 of my biggest pasions in a single game, nature and creativity, and as a true nature and planet zoo lover i feel the duty to write a feedback with my concerns about Plants & Foliage.
Planet zoo LACKS foliage options in some biomes, specially in Tropical ones. In nature animals and plant life are linked in every aspects and for purists like me is pretty painful to make a “biome representation” of some animals without “proper tools”, this make the PZ experience not fulfilled. We got 18 Asian animals with a tropical distribution and 16 Africans, and they share almost all of the tropical foliage pieces, that makes the decoration of this habitats almost the same.
How Two of the most biodiverse botanical places in the world got almost no diversity in foliage options? almost every piece of plants are shared, even if u try to put the Aro and Red Palm the diversity is still to low. Why you put almost 40 habitat animals Ingame that need this features when we don’t have proper tools, not even a single colorful bunch of flowers, I’m tired of using buried tamarindos to make flower beds. Then un find northamerica desert with plenty of foliage options and 0 habitat animals until this last Northamerica DLC.
So my question is. Are u gonna expand our foliage options with at least a paid DLC?. Some players need it So Bad, our ingame experience is lacklusting. U do a GREAT job with the southamerica pack, u put plenty of tropical foliage options in a pack full of jungle animals that make sense. Then you do the SEA animal pack that was your WORST DLC, you bring tons of new fantastic animals and no foliage or scenery pieces in a pack focused on one of the most botanical, faunístical and cultural biodiverse places in the world, with literally tons
of endemism in everyone of the islands and inland of the ecozone.
The new north America DLC is great, because u expand a completed ecozone that have full scenery building, lots of foliage and some animals.
Please, complete the SEA pack and bring us foliage for our beloved animals, at least to the tropical ones that have a lot of representatives in game. I paid for that DLC with joy, expand our foliage roster is a much cheaper and fast option than make another type of DLC.
