I'd like to suggest we get an option to have a brush to spawn trees, bushes and other foliage. Yes, you could place trees and such one by one - but it can be quite time consuming. And some times you might just want that randomness you won't get by placing one by one.
I imagine this could be executed in two ways:
Idea no. 1, the more advanced way
Idea no. 2, simple way
I can see this, especially no. 1, being very handy when you create scenery around rides. Let's say you make a pirate island area, and you'd like some variation with palms, ferns, bushes, big rocks and small.. It would take ages to make such a scene one piece at a time.
Using a brush like this would help you get the result you're after much faster, and may also trigger new ideas on ways you could utilize the tool in order to make the park seem more alive!

Idea no. 1, the more advanced way
- You have up to say, five slots. This is the brush 'pool'.
- Each slot can have one type of tree, bush, stone, or other foliage
- You decide whether to mix all types of foliage, or just want to paint a few different types of trees, such as oak, birch, pine and so on.
- You can set the chance of spawning per slot.
- You can set random scale/rotation values for each slot.
- You can set the brush size and density.
- Click and drag like a paint brush to spawn foliage based on the settings above.
Idea no. 2, simple way
- Select a tree/bush/stone whatever
- Decide whether you want manual placement or by using a brush
- Adjust brush size
- Click and drag like a paint brush to spawn
