food enrichment doesn't work?

Hi all, i have noticed my malaysian bear and formosan bear never use their food enrichment (the feeder wall and feeder tree). The food platforms also stay empty. My animals are never hungry though.. Are you also experiencing this in your game? It is sad to never see them use their food enrichment.

Can the keepers reach them? They won't fill them if they can't, and of course if they aren't filled they won't be used. If you haven't alread, check the traversible area heat map for the keepers and see. Both enrichment items have always worked in my zoos at least.

ow i forgot to mention. They can reach it and fill it sometimes. I also don't get messages that they can't reach it. The animals just don't use it
