When it comes to food options, instead of having individual shops that sale just, for example, cotton candy in 3 flavors, or 3 types of popcorn, why not just add a shop that sales 4 treats like- cotton candy, candy apples, popcorn, and funnel cakes?
Make it, Sweet Frann's (a play on a candy shop called Sweet Fannies we have in Gatlinburg TN), and Sweet Frann's sold cotton candy (3 types- bubblegum, razzleberry, birthday cake), candy apples (3 types- chocolate, caramel, sweet glaze), popcorn (3 types- butter, cheddar, caramel), funnel cakes (powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, strawberries).
Sundae's Best sold different types of frozen treats-like soft serve cones, ice cream bars, sundaes and milkshakes.
Mama Frye sold, as Citytrader put it, deep-fried pickles, deep-fried onion blossoms, deep-fried okra or jalapeno poppers and deep-fried butter balls.
As for souvenir shops, we definitely need gift shops for exit queues that sold on-ride photos and novelty T-shirts. Maybe an upgrade on information kiosk that sold park maps, cameras, along with VIP passes; I honestly wouldn't mind if we could get a Ticket Office that we could place outside the turnstyles that guests actually had to walk-up and purchase tickets, VIP passes, or season passes (gain entry to the park 3 times per year). And what we really need is shop decor props to create a more open-space gift shop like display cases, revolving display racks, and apparel mounts; along with RCT3-style custom vendors that come in 3 variants- standard counter, curved counter, and circular counter.
