Can we get footers to go on top of water so we don't have to fake it with scenery.

I think it's honestly better as it because you can fake the footers being on top of scenery, but if they end up on top of it automatically then there's no way to make them how they are now if one wants them to be submerged.
I'm not sure why one would want them submerged other than like a flooded park which is pretty niche, custom supports could be used for that in December. Just using scenery footers is mediocre with angled supports.
