Hardware & Technical For all joystick users... Check this out!

Just discovered a universal joystick mount from Amazon and I gotta say it's been a life saver.

Been using it for the last 2-3 days for Fedex gameplay in the bubble after switching from a DIY metal clamp with velcro on top and velcro on the bottom of my equipment, connected to the arm rest of my chair. Just wanted to share this with you all if there are any of you out there who is currently having the same situation as I was having :D

You can literally make a pair yourself for about $20 - 4x Z brackets, 2x pieces of MDF, some wingnuts and some bolts. You may need some M5/M6 screws and additional wingnuts depending on whether or not you've ever mounted your joystick before.

Nice but pricey. I like how the top mounting plate for your table is thin enough not to catch your elbow when you need to work with the mouse.

It is a tad steep unfortunately. But I think that because it's the first product I've been able to find that mounts so easily and I can upgrade to another joystick and still keep this mount... It was worth the money. Saved me money even.

Yes but I think you're missing the point. The reason why I bought these was because I'm so tired of DIY. The fact I'll be be able to upgrade to a new joystick without changing the mounts that I just bought is what sells this for me. It might have even saved me money in the long run.

:D Person after my own heart! If you're pants at diy (like me) and consider your time valuable, $90 isn't a huge amount. It looks to be decent quality, it should last years. Hope it serves you well, Kylby.
