For casual miners: Post-nerf Ltd2 @ L 119-33 = 100 mil/h+trip

Went to check out how latest fix/nerf worked in a close Ltd2 hotspot @ L 119-33 2 for laser-mining only (low reserves, 50ly from Sol).

"... Decreased the effectiveness of the peripheries of Low Temperature Diamond hotspots..... This change increases the drop-off of the hotspot's ring, reducing the likelihood that a double-overlapped hotspot is more lucrative than either of the hotspot's centrepoints..."

After several hours of mapping exactly on targeted hotspot (see image), I've come out with a route of 24 asteroids in L 119-33 2, which yield >7% and <15%, while most is 10%. Around each visited rock was maybe 1-2 in that range, worth visiting, most had nothing, several had 2-5% LTD.

Final result of map-run in Conda:
66 LTDs in 75 minutes with 8 collector limpets, x 1,5mil = 99 mil (+ travel time). Total time can be cut with extra 3 limpets.

Posting this purely for statistic reasons, if any casual miner is planning to go there.
(This is also my first ever LTD mining, after doing Painite only, so I have no Ltd2 pre-nerf yield results).

For comparison : I am in an even slower ship (in a cutter) and very casual, first run I made post nerf netted 300MCr/h (triple overlap)
So your single vs my triple hotspots both sound feasible :)
Good to know, thanks.

was this laser mining as well?

My old trade route system many a personal weapon delivered by my Krait from Nanabozo and precious metals returned, Oersted Dock was my second home and where I made Trade Elite
