I guess it's a feudalistic kind of democracy, then...

The PIL is a PMF, so I'm assuming they've set their government type to "Feudal", but their ethos to "Social". Which has presumably resulted in this mixup in their mission generator.

Easy enough to check from the local news article for them, if so - though I don't recall the local Social Feudals giving this sort of mission.

There used to be one of these type of mission description per government - "for democracy", "for communism", "for the confederacy" - rather than a single one for the ethos.
