Some people who know me might have noticed I haven't been posting in a while. That's because I'm taking a break from Elite for a little while (hey, it's been almost 3 years straight for me! I'm due!)
Part of the reason for this is because I'm helping an author in the States create an SF universe, and am even reworking one of my novels to be set in that universe, and really don't want Elite lore mucking me up. Kinda need to focus.
Basically, this SF universe will be more akin to the Mass Effect variety than Elite, but there's a lot of new stuff I need to keep straight and develop, without worrying about unintentionally overlapping into Elite territory.
I reckon I'll be back by the new year, just in time for Beyond to begin, and with luck, maybe a VR setup
