For the older Rift Owners

Yes I remember. Can't recall many details but I know I liked it a lot.
I remember quite hectic action and a lot of quick turning around in relatively confined space, so I don't know if that'll be easy to stomach in a Rift.

But definitely a project I'll look out for.

Not backing any more software projects on Kickstarter - not after ED and Godus - but I hope this makes its target. :)

I totally see why you would be dissapointed with Godus, but Elite?

Not really the thread for it but yes, disappointed with ED. Also backed Sui Generis (nothing to show) and Limit Theory (nothing to show). I've totally gone off Kickstarted games for now! :p ;)

For any Descent fan with a DK2, I would definitely recommend checking out Sublevel Zero. It was one of my favorite DK2 demos until I got ED. The game started as an entry for Ludum Dare, which you can download now. Dev is currently working on a fleshed-out (and much more modern-looking) version of the game for release on Steam, but the original (see bottom link) is quite fun and reminiscent of classic Descent. Although I found the difficulty to be quite ridiculous.

Current Steam page for eventual completed game: http://store.steampowered.com/app/327880/
