Maybe we can organize a CG to collect spray paint cans, and encourage them to go outside and get a proper misspent youth? Footballs, even.
God, I miss 1978.

You just have to learn HOW to deal with Teenagers.
You cannot deal with them in a REASONABLE manner.
Here is a JOKE for you to give you an idea how to deal with a Bored Teenager.
Dave (invented name) just recently retired from his job of many years and is looking forward to spend the
rest of his days in a quiet neighborhood.
He inspects quite a few Retails properties and finally decides to purchase a Small House on
a very quiet street with very few neighboring properties and no noisy shops or businesses.
After a few weeks of quiet reading and relaxation in his new home the Holidays Finish and the
kids return to school.
Now every morning several kids walking down his street start kicking rubbish bins and empty cans all the way to school.
On the way home they also kick more cans and rubbish bins for as they slowly make their way home before dinner.
Initial complaints to the police or the council from the old man fall on death ears, both police and the council tell him "ONLY KIDS" playing on the street.
The man fortunately has many years experience with Kids and Particularly Teenagers since his previous job included not only family counselling but also dealing
with lots of Foster Kids and Orphans.
One morning during a Particularly LOUD game of kick the can he sits on his front porch and loudly cheers and applauds at the racket and becons to the teenagers
to approach his home for a chat.
He tells them their youthfulness and antics highly amuses him and invites them to engage in more game of kick the can and if they extend their racket to the local rubbish cans he will pay them $5 each as reward every day.
The kids excitedly engage in the noisiest version of their daily antics and kick anything made of metal up and down the street until they get to school .... and all the way home
stopping only at the mans house to collect their greatly earned reward.
This goes on all week .... strangely much to the amusement of this funny old man.
Next week the old man calls the youth over and tells them he is very happy with them .... but they have to understand he is only on a pension so he can only give them $2.5 each
as reward for their noise and games.
The youths understand and still gratefully kick up and down the street anything made that rattles even more energetically that usual and at the end of the day line up for their reward.
This goes on for another week.
Once again the old man calls the youths to his porch and thanks them for their hard work, he is very happy to see them make so much noise, it truly reminds him of his youth.
Sadly he informs them that he cannot afford to pay them so much anymore but begs them to continue the joyful racket, perhaps at the end of them week he will still be able to
give them 50 cents each for their effort.
The kids all looked at each other horrified and one of them angrily tells the old man "No way am I going to kick cans and bins down the street for only 50c" " you can go kick your own cans from now on" and they all leave together angrily.
From that day onwards the street was quieter than the day he decided to purchase the house.

The irony of staying in to watch TV to be told to go out and do something less boring instead!
Kids today have it so easy...
God, I miss 1978.
And you have to go back to work on Monday.
My child is currently one week into a two week holiday in Florida followed by a week in Spain.
I get to sit in my pants playing games without having to deal with his demands and tantrums.
