So I was thinking, wouldn't it be great if we could somehow tell the factions we are doing missions for our preference? Say you are a Trader and like doing the Trade missions instead of seeking out that elusive big haul that only serves to get you credits. Wouldn't it be nice if you could tell your employers that you prefer Trade missions? After all who wants to sit around waiting for them? What if you're a combat pilot and only want to do combat missions? What good is it when you go check your local BB only to find that they aren't offering combat missions at the moment, forcing you to either wait or force a refresh somehow. You know the missions are coming, it's just a matter of when.
So I propose, we get some ideas together for this that would make sense yet allow us more control, even if just a little, what missions a faction decides to present you. Does this idea completely ruin the concept of a Bulletin Board? Fine, tell me how something like this could be done without doing that.
