Well it looks like I've chosen the right time to transfer three fully engineered ships (Cobra Mk IV, Corvette, Python) plus additional modules out to Colonia, as in today's livestream, the bit I caught anyway, they said that Colonia-specific Community Goals will start in as little as two weeks 
It's great to see Frontier pushing ahead with storylines and events in Colonia. I'm planning on spending some considerable time out there, and it'll really help push the player expansion.
