General / Off-Topic Forum BBCodes?

Sorry to ask something that's probably answered many times before, but I did a forum search and couldn't find any mention of it.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of forum installed BBCodes? I'm thinking specifically of how to embed Youtube videos, but also other allowed BBCodes would be nice to know.

Forum software comes with standard BBcode, bold, italic, underline for example.
A lot of BBcode however, is specially added by forum admin.

In case admin is interested, I have some code for implementing BBCodes for Youtube and Vimeo. These are made for the phpBB forum software, but should work here too.
