Forum Edit Faulty

Tried editing a post numerous times. Keeps coming up with an error.
Something has definitely changed. I used to be able to use this site with javascript turned off (using NoScript), but not any more. Thankfully they fixed the bug where the site's javascript used way too much CPU, so I guess I can keep it turned on for now on.

This is a known issue in Chrome to do with browser session data. It should resolve itself in time but incognito mode can be used to bypass it on a temporary basis or consider trying these steps:
  1. Press F12 to open the Developer Tools when on the page
  2. Navigate to the application tab in the Developer Tools panel
  3. Click on Storage from the left hand menu. It is under 'Application'.
  4. Click the "Clear Site Data" button
  5. Refresh, log back in
  6. Observe able to edit.
In my case I used CCleaner to remove temporary files after Step 4 and rebooted the PC.
