Forum levels/ratings

I like how we have forum ratings based on Elite, but I have noticed a discrepancy!

Moderators! They have no ratings, I think if possible, and wanted they could also have ratings next to their titles, for example instead of "Moderator" it could read "Deadly Moderator" based on forums posts etc.

Deadly moderator sounds like their rating would be based on the succesful use of the ban-hammer. I'm not sure that's something that we should incentivise ;-)

The Moderators are a class above any Elite rating. They should be treated with more respect than even the deadliest of Elite ratings.

Strangely I suddenly like all the spam and advertising bot's I've banned, probably well over a couple of thousand.

reasonable
