found a mobile game that took the corvettes design

I don't know how to upload a screen shot on a phone but I saw a game (not saying) that took fdevs designs for the corvette I dont know if it's legal or not but they made very minor adjustments

I only posting for a laugh not trying to start anything major

This. I took a look at the link and didn't really think 'Ohhhhh......CORVETTE!!' It's not a very good model really, and doesn't look like there has been any ripping of assets from ED.

I was playing the early release Interstellar Pilot and getting my posterior kicked by enemy Magnus ships on my Android tablet before Elite Dangerous was even released, and certainly before the Corvette was even a twinkle in David Braben's eye.

The ship looks more similar to the ships from the Homeworld franchise. Has a distinct Kushan design much like the destroyer or battlecruiser.
