Found Duplicate systems

Found while exploring Synuefai Hm-k D9-12, there is a system less than 20 light years away named 58 Ceti, When I used the navigation search bar I also found another system 542 Light years away Name 58 Ceti.

Don't forget to write up a bug ticket for this, I found another duplicate system ([FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Grafias, entered into the search goes >2400LY to another Grafias) [/FONT]a week or so ago and if no one reports them then they'll never know about them to eventually fix the database.

Same here, I flew through a binary system named Lauma near Venki but when I tried searching for it on the galaxy map I'm shown a system named Lauma 150ly away near Anekaliti. I hope there aren't very many duplicates. Opened a ticket just the same.
