Hi all
Just been away on a two day trip Exploring for the Sirius CG and I found my first Earth Like World but I was a little lucky. To explain why I need to let you all know that I decided quite early in my ED career that I wasn't going to use the internet to search for tips on finding an Earth Like World. I decided I just wanted the experience of scanning a planet and stumbling across one. Now I somehow had in my mind that it was M Class star systems I needed to explore in order to have a chance of finding one. I have been playing since April 11th and started exploring properly on and off since about two weeks into my game. On Friday night I was setting my map preferences again to find a system to aim for. By mistake I set it to K Class instead of M Class and when I started scanning I suddenly found an Earth Like World. So the moral of the story is being stupid can help, as long as you are careless with your map filtering and lucky!
