Got my 10x OP and 15x FP in Fullerene C60 at Bedi Inn.
First, go into the Bar in the middle and check the data port there.
After that get a profile from the patrolling npc outside to get access to the 5 HAB buildings and sneak to the data ports.
After that reset the instance by the supercruise method.
Saturday in the evening got some FP but no OP, if I remember correctly the state was none. Next day Sunday afternoon state was Terrorist attack, there I got all my OP and the rest of the FP.
