Founder Decal, am I rewarded with it?

Can someone help me with regards to the founder decal. I need clarification as to if I am rewarded with it or not. I pledged for Beta Standard in kickstarter and upgraded to Alpha on 31st January 2014. I have read elsewhere on the forum that it is rewarded if you upgraded to Alpha before Alpha was released. I'm a bit confused. :S Am I a Alpha Backer or was I just to late? Will be thankful for any help with this.

If your dates are correct, then yes you should be counted as a Founder.

The date is from the orders section of my Elite Dangerous customer account (Elite: Dangerous - Alpha, £200). Looked for it in 1.3 Beta 7 and 8, not to be seen. I have raised two tickets for each Beta, though I thought I may be in the wrong. Thanks for the reply Nagual.
