hello folks
i need a little help on getting a smooth experience whilst playing in the rift, and im a little curious to know what sort of FPS your getting at 1080p and 720p with it.
at present, on the rift, maxed out(fxaa), im getting between 20 and 30fps, nowhere near enough, at 1200x800 its 60fps unless your around a space station, but the resolution is rubbish. without the rift its locked at 60

so, whats everybody else getting who has a rift?? i think its GPU shopping time but im curious to know what nvidia(and AMD) users are getting, im not a fan boy, i dont care which brand i buy as long as i get the experience im looking for, but with nothing new coming from AMD in the high end GPU and nvidias 8XX series due, it may be time to jump ship.............. unless someone with a R9 290X can sway me hahahaaa
