So I built a brand-new system from factory-new parts yesterday. My main specs are an i7 6700k, GTX 1070 SC, 16 GB DDR4 Corsair Dominator 3000mhz, Win 10 Pro. Three other games I have ran are running consistently and smoothly over the course of a half-hour (some over 600+fps!). I tested Elite at 64-bit and I will start with 385 FPS-average and over a 10-minute time period reduce to 210-220 FPS. I checked temps and the video card hasn't broken 60C, and the CPU hasn't gone beyond 50C. Why is this steady degradation of perofmrance happening? Any ideas? Thanks.
