FPS fell - slide show

Hello everybody!
After the update, the game began to work very slowly for me. Everywhere. Even in the main menu, at startup, it takes 5 seconds to get a reaction to pressing. Before the update, there were no friezes at all. My PC Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz 16.0 GB Operating system: Windows 10 Home, 64-bit DirectX version: 12.0 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. Updated drivers.
How to fix it? Has anyone solved this problem?

Sounds like the game might be using Intel Graphics, I noticed on my laptop that sometimes it does that but I fixed from telling Windows which graphics processor to use. You can try that by going to Start menu, Settings, Gaming, top right corner click on "Graphics Settings" and should have a "Choose app to set preference" drop-down which should display "Desktop app", then click on Browse button and add the path to EliteDangerous64.exe executables (for me they are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\Products\elite-dangerous-64\EliteDangerous64.exe and if you have Odyssey C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\Products\elite-dangerous-odyssey-64). Edit: Forgot to add, once the application is added you will have additional Options button and you should be able to check "High performance" option that displays your graphics card.
