FPS locked in 14.1

For some reason the frame rate is limited to 60 FPS all over. I do not have a frame rate limiter set nor do I have I have v-sync enabled... I've checked both Nvidia and the game settings but I don't see any reason for this. Yesterday it was running 144 FPS in space and 40-80 in stations. :unsure:

I wanted to check this for you but my client is not updating.
Steam is not offering me anything (despite having "High priority" selected in updates tab for ED) and it's been 14 hours since the update was released.
I just can't play ED:

Finally managed to get in the game. My FPS are not locked, they are flying wildly all over the place, between 40-90 in concourse.

I think I did, but I'm not sure. But, yeah, might be some kind of glitch in the settings. I did have a frame rate cap of 120, I don't remember doing that, but I think I'll reset the settings, exit the game and then set them back. Maybe that will unstick something.

The only thing that worked was to use the GeForce Experience to set all settings to highest performance. When I went into the game the FPS was running like I expected it to, set everything to Ultra and corrected a few things... Works now.
