Fractured Space

Not yet. But it looks awesome but I'm not really into MOAB games.

One day we may get a space based strategy game that looks as good a fractured space.

Not sure how Nexus: The Jupiter incident dated graphics wise, but I enjoyed it back in the day, kind of similar "big ship" control concept with a full campaign.

Gave it a go last night. As far as MOAB's go, its probably in the upper echelon. There doesn't seem to be anything PTW about it, all the can be unlocked with currency won by playing, and the strategic aspect is definitely a bit deeper than your typical MOAB. Its not a twitch game. The ships are symbiotic of each other and it seems good fleet makeup and teamwork are key.

I like it.

Unlocking ships for money means jack squat, when you can kick some good     with the starter ships :)
I like that they went with 'no tiers' system. All ships are balanced to the same standards pretty much.

It definitely is refreshing, and the ship balance does seem pretty good. I like the fact the starting three are perfectly viable options all the way, I can't spot many obvious OP vessels so far, except perhaps the Colossus, but that may just be my misfortune. Even the ship upgrades seem a matter of preference, rather than one being clearly better than another.

A lot will depend on where they go from here. Right now, they have the one "two-lane" map style with different variants as far as cover and style, I'd really like to see in the future perhaps a 3-lane option for 7v7 or 9v9 matches, and different gameplay modes. There is much potential here.
