Fragment cannon damage hull size penalty?

Does it has penalty like multi? Or is it more like their bigger brother?

Frag's armor penetration and therefore hull damage got decreased while their raw damage got increased. The resulting effect is that you deal more damage against smaller ships but nearly the same against larger ships. After all it is a buff to some degree.

Hmm? I'm not sure what you mean by that? Nearly the same as what? And I'm under impression that only PA deals raw damage?

Nearly the same as before. By raw he means damage before the armour piercing reduction is factored in.
