Is there a built in FPS counter in Elite and how do you access it? Also I have been a Horizon's player and just recently switched to Odyssey. In Horizons you would be told if a passenger was "wanted" but in Odyssey they are listed as threat levels. At what threat level is the passenger considered a criminal? Thank you.
