Hi,
FSD buffs are still clunky to use. For example, suppose you've got a 5 jump route plotted on your Galaxy Map. You apply the FSD injection boost from the Synthesis screen. The game appears to calculate . . . . something. But when you go back to the Galaxy Map, nothing has changed. You still have to manually pick a star from the Galaxy Map, try to figure out of it's in the general direction of where you are headed and if it's within range of your newly-extended jump.
How about this? After you synthesize the FSD buff, the game recalculates your current route and actually applies the buff. In the Galaxy Map, SHOW that first jump with a different line color, so we know that this is a buffed FSD jump. (So you see one LONG line, showing the buffed jump, followed by your normal-sized jumps)
Also, it would be nice if you could stack FSD buffs, especially on long exploration trips, instead of having to synthesize one after every jump.
I do appreciate that the game now plots routes up to 20,000LY. That is awesome.
