Newcomer / Intro Frame Shift Drive Interdictor where to buy?

Hi!
Sorry for so stupid question

, but where to buy Frame Shift Drive Interdictor? I did chceck 60-70 stations in Federation and Empire, and honestly can`t get it! Did I doing something wrong or what? I used before, then I lost my ship and losted. Now I try to buy a new one, and is none on the market.

Any help? Station name where I can buy?

High tech stations tend to offer the most outfitting options. Try to find the biggest, wealthiest ones you can in the galaxy map.

What kind of UI tool is going to tell me whether a system is high tech? Please can you explain at length, not for the layman, who knows how to play the game. But for the beginner, please. I would much appreciate the effort

You see, I, too, am looking for an FSD Interdictor, because I took on a bounty mission early on, and the game, in all it's ^competence^ didn't think to tell me I needed one of those things, let alone where to get one from, or how to look for that..

In your Galaxy Map - select the "Map" option and then in the filter list select "Economy" and you can either deselect other system economy types or just use the colour-key to see which are high-tech (light blue).

You can use out-of-game third party tools to find stuff - I use EDDB.io and INARA.cz e.g:

It may be a recent change, made after you accept this mission but to be fair to the game's competence : I was about to take a "Kill the pirate" mission yesterday and the mission screens displayed a red "You may need a FSD interdictor for this mission".
At least the "fresh noobs from last Steam discount" like me don't fall in the same trap !
