Franchise is unplayable

I cant release any animal. My trade center is full. I cant participate in the community challenge... And for the love of god get rid of that useless customer support bot. I obviously know to check my own intwrnet and reset my router first. Its unbelievably insulting to wait almost a week to.get that response. Do better. At this point that isnt asking much.


And we dont even share the challenge with PC so we have no chance at completing this. Why even have a challenge? Just to make the console players suffer more than we already do?

Even if you do release an animal it doesn’t register in the community challenge. I’m on PS5 and it’s the only trophy I need for platinum.

I wonder too when franchise will be fixed, after loading the game eyerting is fine with market for one min than you have to wait ages if a click on a button get a response if it does, terrible.

If you look at the top voted reports on the issue tracker the majority are about Franchise having unacceptable performance. So idk who you think you're helping with that useless ass link. Frontier clearly doesnt give a about console. They probably just paid the bare minimum for console servers
