Franchise mode is broken

I lost all my animals I had in the franchise mode trade center. and there were no animals in the animal market so I thought restarting franchise might solve the issue, but now I have lost all my 800 cc and nothing fixed.

You can start your Franchise again.
But I read you only get 300cc with a new one. But not sure about that.
Yes I did that and lost all CC but still there were no animals in the market and I can't go back to my previous franchise so it is now impossible to play franchise for me.

There is a buldozer symbol in the franchise mode where you can close the franchise that is what I did.

After that, you should typically get your cc's back. Or even a little amount of them. I can not test it anymore, because I have refound the game.
They should add some way so that we can restore our franchise to our previous saves, atleast until these kinds of bugs are resolved that forces us to delete the franchise. That was around 7hrs of work lost.

For Online play that wouldn't/shouldn't be possible.. That would give you the option to cheat..
Applies to a lot of online games..

This doesn't resolve the underlying issue, but might help you personally:
Have you tried to get in touch with the support team?

I have no experience with Planet Zoo in this respect, but know that the Elite: Dangerous support is very helpful.
Your issue is not your fault, the game is new and bugs do happen.
I believe, they might be able to help you out with some new CC. At least it's worth a try.

Thanks, I will try contacting support.

Sorry Frontier and all those who read this thread for me taking out my frustration like this. I figured out the issue I was facing and hope this helps all those who have faced the same. The filters in the market have a minor issue that they don't reset on their own when you close the market. In my case I had set cash listing of flamingos and since there were none in the market and my trade center it showed empty. But when I changed zoos in the franchise and even when I closed and started new franchise the filters were already set to the same without my knowledge (I didn't expect filters to behave that way) so I misunderstood that I was unable to access market anymore. If someone from frontier is reading this please add the tags on top of animal list so that we are always aware of which filters have been applied.
Thanks for the support.

Actually, this was requested by the playerbase. Another point, where FDev listened and changed their game accordingly! :)

The fact that the filters are kept when starting a new zoo is a bit weird though and probably a minor oversight (as it is a very rare case, imo). I can relate to your missunderstanding here.
Your suggestion about displaying set filters is a good one. They added this in the building menue with great effect! I am not so sure, it there is room in the UI, though.

@Tatu I had the exact same issue. Luckily I found out about the active filter quick enough to continue my franchise
I was disheartened to lose all that starting 500CC gift but no worries I have now a working zoo and I earned 1000CC today morning, bought bengal tiger with them, thus named my franchise 'Phoenix' :p
