Yes I did that and lost all CC but still there were no animals in the market and I can't go back to my previous franchise so it is now impossible to play franchise for me.You can start your Franchise again.
But I read you only get 300cc with a new one. But not sure about that.
They should add some way so that we can restore our franchise to our previous saves, atleast until these kinds of bugs are resolved that forces us to delete the franchise. That was around 7hrs of work lost. After that, you should typically get your cc's back. Or even a little amount of them. I can not test it anymore, because I have refound the game.
For Online play that wouldn't/shouldn't be possible.. That would give you the option to cheat..They should add some way so that we can restore our franchise to our previous saves, atleast until these kinds of bugs are resolved that forces us to delete the franchise. That was around 7hrs of work lost.
Thanks, I will try contacting support. This doesn't resolve the underlying issue, but might help you personally:
Have you tried to get in touch with the support team?
I have no experience with Planet Zoo in this respect, but know that the Elite: Dangerous support is very helpful.
Your issue is not your fault, the game is new and bugs do happen.
I believe, they might be able to help you out with some new CC. At least it's worth a try.
... The filters in the market have a minor issue that they don't reset on their own when you close the market. ...
That's why they say, be careful what you wish for.Blame the beat testers - we all complained that filters didn't hold there last values. so They've been changed for us![]()
I was disheartened to lose all that starting 500CC gift but no worries I have now a working zoo and I earned 1000CC today morning, bought bengal tiger with them, thus named my franchise 'Phoenix'@Tatu I had the exact same issue. Luckily I found out about the active filter quick enough to continue my franchise
