Franchise mode - lagging and low frame rates

Heyo all!
Is anyone else experiencing problems in franchise mode particularly with lag and low frame rates?
It only happens in franchise and not sandbox/career/challenge

(it isn’t my computer as I have 2 1080i’s, 64gb ram and intel core i9900k and I play most games in “ultra” graphics including my mega park on planco)

Yes! I actually had to stop playing franchise because I just couldn't handle the lag. It took about a minute in real time just to move from one side of a medium-sized habitat to another, stuttering the entire way, to check on an animal; whereas in sandbox (where I built it) I could cross the same habitat in like 5-10 seconds. My computer isn't as beefy as yours, but still runs the other modes wonderfully on high graphics.
I just assumed it was because of the 'online' portion since I also experience a ton of lag in the market.

Still after latest update I cannot play franchise without serious lag, sandbox, campaign and challenge mode all fine... 😩

I have the opposite happen - get duplicate animals for the price of one.

The clicking not-registering thing in market is very frustrating though.

yes. I noticed it especially around my gorilla habitat

very sudden very significant frame drops and lag
