Franchise still down for maintenance?

It's 3pm now and I still can't access my franchise zoo due to maintenance? Isn't it usually only between 9-10am?

Bah, it was down for like 4 hours. I've been waiting since I got kicked when they started.
I hope it was some good maintenance XD.

I can’t get in for some reason, right after I claimed the 3 animals from the community challenge I got an internal server error that persists even after restarting the client multiple times in one of my franchise zoos, I hope it has to do with maintenance but not so sure since my other franchise still works

I just checked, but I can buy animals from the market and have no issues with franchise. I don't see what you see on that picture, have you tried restarting the game/steam and have you verified the gamefiles via steam?
