Fraps screenshots inverting colors of the hud and planets?

Seems to only be happening to me in this game, any known cause? Google doesnt seem to think I'm talking about screenshots every time I search it...

I mean I'm pretty sure Neptune isnt orange...

Fraps is doing this to me too, but with video capture. And it's just Elite, too. I can't find any answers.

On the plus side, the HUD does look nice in blue.

Working fine for me when I take shots. Wonder what's causing it. That's kinda weird.

This is one of the most recent ones I took, for a bug report. Nothing altered that I can see in it. I'll have to sneak out and take a couple of shots of planets to see if I get the same behavior.

On the topic of this thread though, I have used fraps to take 100's of screen shots and saw no inverted colours so this is a real mystery.
